Don't get dehydrated this summer!
Water is an important key to surviving the summertime heat, but not just because it cools you off in the pool or lake! Drinking lots of water will prevent the body from overheating (hyperthermia), a serious condition which can permanently damage your body?s organs.
The general health recommendation is that you drink 6-8 glasses of water each day. And if you start getting dizzy or nauseas, call your doctor. Stay safe this summer!
