Dr. Elena Olcott
Dr. Elena completed her undergraduate work at the University of North Texas and was accepted at both medical and chiropractic schools. Coming from a long family line of surgeons was what fed my desire to serve others in the health field. I ultimately chose the field of chiropractic medicine because I personally experienced the miracles and benefits of this type of care after several years of debilitating back pain with no results from traditional medicine.
Dr. Elena started her practice in Lakeway area of Austin in the Fall of 2003 and she shared her practice with her father, Robert C. Aldrich, M.D. In 2006 Dr. Olcott opened a second clinic in Marble Falls, TX and in June of 2007 opened a third location by the UT campus.
She works with a variety of conditions from herniated disks and sciatica, to neck pain, knee pain, back pain, and headaches. She serves as a primary care provider here in the Lakeway area and cares for infants, pregnant women, teens, professional athletes, and seniors. She is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, the Texas Chiropractic Association, and the Lake Travis Chamber of commerce. In 2003 Dr. Olcott served as offical team doctor for Liberty Christian Varsity Football in north Texas. She is currently the official team doctor for Faith Academy Varsity athletics to include the girls varsity basketball team headed up by Coach Jerry English. She is also team doctor for the Central Texas Wolfpack, a national public safety football league made up of policemen, military, firemen, and EMS.
She lives in Lakeway with her 16 year old son who attends Faith Academy. Her favorite hobbies are scuba diving, skiing, camping, fishing, wine tasting, traveling, and working out. She is currently training for her first marathon and plans to run in the New York marathon in 2009.
